From receipt of 50% payment, and all dimensions. An installation date can be agreed.

Final payment is required on the day of installation.

If required a site survey can be arranged when our operatives are next in your area.

If you require we can advise of local builders in your area, who we know have experience in this type of installations.

Units can be provided in one welded section, or as we would generally supply in smaller sections for easy access, to be assembled together over the location opening.

Pulley rope systems can be arranged to be fitted at the end or central area.

All units must have a perimeter flat room area of at least 400mm. This is to give foot room for operatives to work, and to maintain a distances from wall and edges of roof to allow clearances for any obstacles.

We recommend that the total width of the up stand is no less than 75mm but no more than 100mm. This includes plaster and felt finishes.

Should you recommend a new customer to us and they proceed with the order we will give them 5% discount.

All succahs roof lights are manufactured with insulated and glazed materials that are within the guidelines of permissible u, values.

All installation dates that are rescheduled will be fitted on our next visit to your area.

To install a succah roof light, our operatives require, clear access, safe working area, all roof works to be complete, to allow the unit to be fitted in one visit.

All succahs come with a 2 year warrantee for gas springs and 5 year for all other components.

VAT must be added to all costs.
